Video Speed for Safari — Support

Video Speed for Safari is a Safari extension for Mac and iPhone: a playback-speed control (0.25x–4x) for any HTML5 video in Safari, with per-site speed memory and an on-video overlay pill.

Getting started

Install the app from the App Store, then open it once.
Enable the extension:
iPhone/iPad: Settings → Apps → Safari → Extensions → enable it and allow it for any website with HTML5 video.
Mac: Safari → Settings → Extensions → check the extension.
Open a page in Safari and use the extension’s toolbar button.

Troubleshooting

Nothing happens: make sure the extension is enabled in Safari settings and allowed for the site.
Something looks wrong: the app’s status screen confirms the extension is running; email us and we’ll fix it.
